To overcome severe depression, eating disorders, and various gut and hormone health issues to build the best bodies.
At 22, Elizabeth was confronted the severe impacts of my eating disorder, including critical nutrient deficiencies was diagnosed with a severe H. Pylori infection—among the toughest bacterial parasites—accompanied by 15 other gastrointestinal pathogens, including a persistent candida overgrowth.
After exhaustive research and consulting numerous specialists—from herbal therapists to allergists and endocrinologists—she crafted a personalized healing protocol. After this Elizabeth spent five years dedicated to building her metabolism and gaining lean muscle.
